Upgraded my MacBook Pro 13" (Pre-Retina Display) last night to 8GB of Ram and a 256GB SSD. What a difference that makes - apps are now instant. My Itunes library before was taking a minute or 2 to load and now its a couple of seconds. Very happy camper.

Both have had ssd's added and are plodding along no fuss

Bruh its called "Macbook" . I do mean the retina pro models as they fit my work needs better, but i everyone having the same silver laptop is boring.
