I've had this setup a few months now, only just got round to posting a pic.
Yes, I know, white balance is way off not sure how that happened
Looks really clean and nice mate.
Can't see the pic on the forum but can if I use the url...wierd.

Here's my "setup" 
1.83Ghz, 2GB Macbook, 42" Plasma Samsung and what you can't see is a PS3 and my iPhone 3.1 which I took the picture with.
On my macbook screen you can maybe just make out the setup I want soon. In hindsight I should've put on Band of Brothers or something cooler than an advert of Dave on my tv <_< >_> <_<

Very little! Plex is free, and the remote is run by an app called Snatch, which is £2.39 from the app store. Install Snatch on your Phone/Touch, install Snatch Server on the Mac, and you're away, pretty much. The Plex keys are a custom set but they're free, I forget where I got them but I found them on Google dead easy in the first place. I think i was googling for 'Plex iPod Touch Remote' or something and found a guide.
