I have been supporting macs (as well as windows systems) for a long time and not a single kernel panic or a freeze on mac systems.

I had my first MBP crash a few times and supported them for 3 1/2 years. It was regular for me to come across crashes and kernel panics though because we only dealt with systems that were faulty, so it was expected that they would do something.

As a rule there were more issues with the Macs than PCs, but that was only because we sold more Macs than PCs :)

I had my rMBP freeze once. Although it was due to me running Windows 7 in a VM, while running Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server all at the same time and SQL Server crashed, taking the system with it.

Bootcamped, and since then no more issues. Then again my old gaming PC only had about 2 issues in it's life time, and those were caused by dead ram on the GPU. Still really liking my macbook, brilliant machine.

Just bought a new iMac, I'm in love.

What size iMac is this?

Old Mac Mini 1.1 picked up for dirt cheap.
Chucked out the Core Solo, 512mb of ram and 60gb, and put in a spare 4gb from an old laptop, a (rubbish) Crucial V4 256gb SSD and a £20 T7200 from eBay. Flashed to 2.1 firmware and runs a treat.

Nice set up, exactly what I'm looking for at present.

After thinking about it for far too long, jumped in and bought a 27" iMac 3.2ghz i5, 8gb ram, 675gtx, first impressions.... it is huge but guess that's due to me being used to working on my 13" Macbook Air which is sitting on the printer.

Screen is excellent though and even though it is a standard 1TB hdd it is still lightning fast for my uses, had planned on popping in a SSD but think I will leave it for now as I don't feel I need to.

Got my new 15" retina MBP last month - 16Gb ram, 512Gb HDD. Currently working on a Naruto decal design for the top of it. So far i've designed 2 stickers and applied them both, let me know what you think:

Do you sell these or are they just for yourself ?

Contacted a guy on eBay who makes decals and asked if i could design some for him to print out for me. Has to be a basic design with not too many details. Can send you his details if you want them.

Looks nice, Might have been better if the skeleton (Forgot its name) was squishing the apple logo.
