I thought about the kit but that pan is cast iron, where as the one I linked to is non-stick. It also works out cheaper. They all do the same thing.

tonight's dinner
wife made her first attempt at a course tonight
haggis bonbons with a whisky and mustard dip
I then did Loin of venison (overcooked for me) with potato fondant, cavalo nero, celeriac puree, carrots and a blueberry and juniper jus (gravy )
pud was vanilla and raspberry panna cotta, raspberry coulis, mini donuts and gin macerated raspberries
That looks well nice. Is all of that home made? If so, spectacular effort to do all of that for a Sunday lunch
