****Show Us The inside of your Case!****

^^ Both very good questions :D & if he doesn't get back to us soon, I'd guess it had a pc disaster .
Unless it was switched on for an extremely fast test.

Ah that last picture does look a bit decieving, hopefully this should clear up your doubts.

note: and I had to take off the northbridge cooler to fit on my watercooler block, since my mobo used to have copper pipes that were in the way.

not a good one but the inside of mine. Build log is in my sig

nice idea for the fan I have a kama bay in my ft01 and another 120mm in the 525 bay near the ram so ones drawing it in via the kama bay and the scythe 800rpm is pushing the cool air in to the cpu section.
Do you run your top fan as intake ? I don't i run as exhaust seems better that way intake does nothing to my cpu temps as all it does is mess up the cpu cooler airflow, not to mention the dreadful top fan filter design disaster so I run mine as exhaust and took the filter out.

that lower fan was in place when i had crossfire (toasty) 4870's and needed extra cooling. It is now a xigmatek fan that same as on my TRUE Black.
I have a kama bay in the top too (with a Noctua installed) but the big top fan is still used as an intake. The filter design is just awful and i must find time to take it out and clean it.

have you found much difference with your top fan as an exhaust?

1.i sold one of my ssd's (40gig) and wanted a bit more space and speed.
3. again sold the mobo, cpu and cooler all together
3. i went to the 1090 for better overclocking

i liked the true so bought it again although the black version to give it a go. Also i liked the look of the noiseblocker, although i dont like the noise of it now installed so ordered an apache lol.
i wanted sata 6gb and for the price of the asrock and its spec i thought i would give it a go, only problem i had it wouldnt take more than 4 gig of ram!, installed latest bios and sorted the problem.
so it cost me very little to upgrade a little after selling the old parts.

Used the biggest psu i could find because i knew eventually both rigs will get watercooling and poss new boards, the oddly placed fans are just to help with airflow for the time being. Must admit was dissapointed with airflow in the 800d case but water should cure that.
Both rigs are primarily crunching for seti though they both play the occassional game with really impressive results :)

Sorry about that but as long as your sorted, yeah i sold it to a team mate, i did wait till thursday. The ocuk value 470's are a good bet a few people i know have them and they do the job well.

I dont suppose you know if they are the reference design so I could stick a waterblock on them?

Dont wory about the card mate, its old news now. We both are sorted. If I had bought your card I wouldnt have bothered with the whole watercooling thing so I guess it probably worked out for the best. Must say your rig looks ace!!

Cheers Chris i want to get around to watercooling both but not done it before so its gonna be a slow job, yup the ocuk value 470 are ref design so you can use standard 470 wblock on them :)

Afterthought for you - when it comes time to get the 470 and if you have the extra cash go for the zotac - if you register them for warranty within 14 days of purchase you get an extended 5year guarantee - that swung it for me both times.
