Yep ... NF7/Athlon XP still running strong ... I just replaced the crappy ezcool with yet another crappy ezcool that was laying around.

It's my backup server (5TB)... everything is in RAID0 and I get 500mbps whilst running rsync so overall not too shabby for an old box

heh yep think all my mobos were abit before they stopped doing em, kudos mate

for a dodgy company they made preety good mobos, including the legacy free mobos they did almost 10 years ago

Your fan packed in as well, eh? mine use to scream before I replaced it for that heatsink.

Still got two boards myself and a spare heatsink. I still miss Soundstorm.

Heh, yeah - I hated the screaming fan and was relieved when it did eventually pack in. Since there seems to be a lot of love floating around for it think I might do some work on it.... Pack it in a Fractal case / update the NB hs / PSU and probably the trickiest - Socket A cooler :eek:

Which reminds me ... I've got a few of these in the loft LOL !
