Has anyone managed to break one of the keyrings (VW, Vauxhall etc) where the key bit flips out on a spring, yet? Whenever I get one with a hire car I'm constantly flicking it in and out in my pocket

Broken? no.

But I have taken mine apart so that I could see how it works!

I don't think you could break one, at least, not by accident.

My Mum is constantly flicking her Golf key in and out. 8+ years and it's still working fine.
