Artist tribute to photojournalist Kevin Carter.

Really hard to get the background which such a limited pallet, should have done this one in colour & could have used a soft tan ground to give it greater depth - ahh well, always next time.

I think this has a great depth to it.

A semi quick one, about 4.5 hours.

Got sick of drawing hair, so ended up leaving more white than I would normally, also not happy with the left eye. ><

Need to spend more time in zbrush, just hard finding the time after all the other hobbies!.

Started trying colour again (instead of just black & white stuff) - oddly all the time I've been spending doing textures for modding seems to have made colours feel more natural.

Done with black, 2 greys & 3 brown, 1 light pink & a red promarker pen.
