The moment you allow a pet/animal to rule you or your home...you know you are not doing this correctly. Most pets (especially cats and dogs), need discipline when they step out of line.

Always remember, you and any humans in the home should be at the top of the hierarchy. All pets/animals should be at the bottom.

I really want another cat! A Maine **** kitten to be precise, which grows to be a massive big brother to Maisie, who is still absolutely tiny!

Tony was nion begging me last night to go outside, unfortunately he isn't tethered to the house so he stayed in!

He may have hated me for it at the time, but I'm sure in time, he'll realize I was correct and will thank me for it

Part of the problem is that 3 of my cats are long haired, so they get very wet. One decides she likes to jump on my face as well

Haha, Tony is a Semi-long haired cat, I've kept him out most of the winter to be fair so he's gained an amazing squishy full coat!

He did however try to smother me when I fell asleep on the sofa the other day, the git!

She is a lot better today. Bland food only for a few days but shes wolfing down the lot.

Photo was taken before the op - she now has a shaved area all around her neck which makes it look like her head is floating on her body

This kind of scenario was always a nightmare for me when I had my cat which sadly died 2 years ago, aged 17.

I remember having a dream where I found my cat run over and I ran for hours with the cat in my arms to get him to the vets.
