Yes we all feel lucky to have her, can't believe she's a rescue really.
Unfortunately there was other crud and stuff in the water and on the back of the fountain that made me think the water wasn't quite safe enough. It happened when the weather was quite hot so I guess the 'stuff' got into the water through flies. Just want to be sure that the water is OK. Guess I could clean the fountain more oftenTbh most of the time she is inhaling mouse brains so a few bugs is not going to matter much.
No one appears to have told my rescue kitty that!Rescuee's always seem to appreciate what you have done for them.

Don't think so or it was received but ignored! The looks she gives me sometimes, if looks could kill, I'd be dead several times over!Did she not get the e-meowl?
Tbh I do often clean out the cats/dogs bowls then wonder why I bother when they drink out of the bird bath and other random dirty pools of water.Unfortunately there was other crud and stuff in the water and on the back of the fountain that made me think the water wasn't quite safe enough. I don't have that problem to worry about. Her Majesty is an indoor cat.Tbh I do often clean out the cats/dogs bowls then wonder why I bother when they drink out of the bird bath and other random dirty pools of water.
My Ronnie has 3 separate ceramic dishes (with cat ears!) for his wet food and I just rotate them.I don't have that problem to worry about. Her Majesty is an indoor cat.
Her Majesty permits her most humble servant (me) to use 3 ceramic dishes for wet food and 2 others for the dry food. One is most honoured to be given such responsibility!Bet
