Turbo V8 is better though, no. Want a torque monster in a big heavy car like that.

I've not driven one but i've never heard someone say the v8 is better then the V10, one of my mates said at mid range speeds the V8 is no faster, don't know how true that is
 
I thought the V8 Twin Turbo was absolutely sensational, personally. I can't see the V10 being as good because the effortless torque everywhere that made it so fantastic in the M5 is a V8 Turbo thing.

I have to admit I really like the V8, too. It's a very different beast to drive but it has that initial constant acceleration which the V10 just doesn't seem to have...or have as much of if you know what I mean. However, when higher in the Rev range I much prefer how the V10 feels, I'm not 100% sure it is the engine as opposed to everything else, but the throttle response just feels more on point than in the Turbo. But then again that could just be me being used to my E60.
Saying that though, the F10 is the one to have, hands down.

i had walked over to my housemates car to check something and left my door open, on the way back thought it looked cool so took a photo :p shows the red leather off :)
