Graphite > Black wheels, car looks spot on I love that graphite colour.
V10 SWG, absolute brilliant, LOVE IT!

Thanks chaps. I don't like stuff that isn't OEM, hence why in the end I went with Audi parts for the grills after I found out they did a black gloss version, rather than carbon fibre parts from the US that would have cost more and been a risk come fitment time. As it were Audi provided the wrong front centre grill with the wrong number plate holder, which I made them sort but that delayed stuff by a week as all these parts are order from factory stuff.

Good news is all R8 parts are fast tracked I am told unlike other Audi cars. :)

"V10 SWAG"

Whether its meant to read that I don't know, but its what I see. :D

I like both OEM and your version to be honest, they both look great but in different ways.

True enough :)

I think having the diffuser/rear panel/thing finished in gloss black would look great on a red one too.

It was like this when I bought it. I saw the pictures of the car being done, it was done from new like this but what I did was do it to a better standard of finish. I was never a fan of the V10 Plus rear end. too much plastic looking and actually preferred the look the first owner was striving for, but felt it could be done better. I don't care if people mistake it for a V8, nothing wrong with that. Always better to be a wolf in sheep's clothing anyway :)

The rear diffuser and front spoiler are real carbon parts and looks terrific up close, like the blades on the side. The Carbon trim makes the car to my eyes. It was suggested I could paint them black gloss to prevent me having to have the carbon replaced. I laughed....laughed again then gave them the "what you talking about Wills" look.

Doing quite well to be fair, getting some big name support and seems to be going the full length for research. Still looks like a shed though and I still don't rate him for not spending money on driver intuition before spending money on serious mods :p

Yes definitely keep the carbon...looks great on the R8, don't think any other cars could pull off the 'side blade'.

Interesting little fact here, did you know the whole rear on the R8 GT is carbon fibre? Hate to think how much the repairs would cost in a accident.
