Show Us Your Motors!

One of those cars that I can appreciate but wouldn't ever own myself :D World would be a incredibly boring place if we all liked the same things
agreed! I do enjoy the hate and some love it gets at ocuk but again, like you said.. imagine if we all did the same thing :D life would be very boring..

Oh its crazy for sure.

Just using arbitrary dates
2016 Base Fiesta going by an autocar review on the ecoboost was £13.3k (they removed 2 cheaper trim levels)

2022 fiesta is list price from £18.6k, although you haven’t been able to get one this side of the new year for a month or two already.

Anyway.... back on topic, can't remember if I shared the first photo here already but my current 2 car garage after winning the Evo last month. Need to add a third in the form of a cheap commuter probably this weekend depending on what I find about :) Then it's possibly back to counting down to the 360 making way for something else, maybe a McLaren of some sort or a Gallardo we shall see :)

We'd all have Skylines with TE37's... please don't ask about my car history :D :D

I'd keep the 360 and fight the itch. That is "my generations" epitome of a Ferrari.

Honestly its still a consideration, although if I kept it I'd continue to bastardise it in the eyes of most Ferrari owners (Have got a set of 19" Work GT5 3piece wheels specced up for it that I held off saying yes to) but likewise I'm not fortunate enough to be able to keep it alongside trying other things - plus if I came back to another at a later date it'd probably be a Coupe in a colour other than resale red...

Wife long gone, the horse would never have got signoff with her :p

Prices have increased massively. I paid 31k for my Alfa Giulia Veloce in 2018. list price was just under 40k to avoid paying the extra in years 2 to 5. They are now £47,000, and there was little in the way of discounts even before the shortages.

I'm buying at around that £40,000 list price, so the tax thing is very annoying. There are a lot more cars costing 40k now, then there was in 2017... they should more the arbitrary tax value up a bit.

a friend of mine recently bought an A6 estate, during a discussion about wheels he said "maybe a should have got an RS6 instead... i looked it up, they start at over 97 grand!! its bonkers

Do it.

I really want to go ahead and “ruin” a purists car. I keep thinking Aston Martin, I’d put it on some chromed out 3pc Japanese wheels, air ride, silly exhaust etc. :D

Those wheels are awesome, but they’d be better on a coupe.

Keep the Ferrari!

A DB9 is probably cheap enough to buy for this purpose now. I was thinking that they can’t get much cheaper, but they’re very expensive to run.

I know OcUK is more into supercars, Teslas, and ugly financed BMWs these days.
But I bought a cool car with a 1JZ in it. *shrug*
And I put Eagle F1A6s on it. You're all still particular about tyres right? :p

Oh yeah.. but I drive so little these days that cars are just a hobby.

This one is a concourse winner - bonus points for upsetting the pipe and slippers brigade! Couldn't make the wheels much worse mind you!

It also appears to have been photographed in the 90's on dial up internet.
