I think the screen is under the flap on the top of the dash, if it has it.

It's not really a big merc, it's quite a small merc really

I actually totally agree, I've thought this about the new C Class and also the new E Class. I dont know why, but it just reminds me of the Astra every single time. I think its the radio that does it? Whatever, it really puts me off which is a shame as externally in Sport form they look fantastic.

What is there to be confused about there? C's are low rent and i do not like them. I'd have a C63 for giggles but it maintains the low rent interior. Nothing has changed though, the C has never been much good on this front.

Is there a specific reason for the electronic folding wing mirrors facing slightly forwards at the rest position? Or is that 'just how they did it'?

Its the point upon which they pivot around, they naturally seem to end up like that when they swivel upwards.
