not the best of pics, but on top is where Basil, the very young basil (boa) lives.
The top has been split like that as it's usualy not a good idea to put small snakes in overly large spaces. so the partition moves along as he gets bigger.

the bottom of the viv houses the Royal, who does not require as much height as the boa, but requires more shelter if anything. he perches ontop of his monument at night :)

all snakes vivs are temperature controled either with AHS systems or caged heatlamps controled by thermostats. iirc all heating sources are 500watts each. OP if your not sure what your doing with heating do you need any advice?
