Hey, I'll not hear a bad word about the duvet. Plus, he's only 15, give him a chance :D!!!

I really want an Aston Martin Duvet - do they do them? I'd snap one up :D.

The best duvet on sale at the moment is the "Twister" duvet !!!! you get a fluffy dice with it also ! :D

I realise smids has a line of questioning going on this, but to confirm; is that the Kensington 60107 and is it supporting a 2405FPW? I've got a feeling the 60107 is good to 12kg, but I'm having trouble finding that written down now!

I'll have a look on the box tonight to see what it says, it was rated as only upto suitable to 17" from the place i bought it i think, but its the correct model number you have, it has no difficulty in holding my 2005 and am not sure how much heavier the 2405 is, but its so sturdy and the springs stiff im sure it would be okay

 That was quick!

Cheers, given that it has no cylinders and doesn't as much dynamically pivot as get pinned into place (correct if wrong!) then I think it may be Ok...may have to overclock the Kensington :D

DaveP3@, nice to see someone with a Phillips widescreen. How do you find it and is it the new 8ms version of or the older 16ms version? Also, what are the two metal things one at either side of the WS?

Is that a 17" screen next to it? :o
hehe, its not the 17" its the 152 model, which is 15"

I previously had a CRT 19" which went on the corner desk from the second photo, but when I got the 3007WFP it chopped a few inches from each side, so I had to get a new desk for it.

Hi m8,

Well i can safely say the Philips ranks up there as one of the best single PC purchases ive ever made, cant fault it at all. It is indeed the 8ms version and again no problems when gaming.

As for the metal things, are they the 2 silver things which appear to be on the bottom of the ws Philips? If so its part of the PC desk im currently using :)

Regards,

Dave.

I got a couple of those Kensington 60107's and risked my 2001/2405 to them (<=17" screen arms)...they work provided you tighten the vertical tilt up a bit and don't plan on using the tilt much thereafter, leaving you with z-pivot at the clamp, forward/back, and z-pivot at the screen.

They don't go quite as high as the Dell stands, but reclaim a bit more desk.

You don't see the unvacuumed floor

edit: since the pic I've sorted out the heights (notice horizon mismatch) and the colours are better matched than the pic makes it look like.
