Guessing they are the HD ready CRT based TV's that Samsung have brought out? Not as good as a plasma or LCD, but a lot cheaper size for size.

They look quite thin for a CRT.
If they're as cheap as that story makes out, i might just sell my 26" Sammy and get a 30"+ one of those.

BoomAM unfortunately they aint as good as we'd all hope so, they have geometry issues and a lot of people have sent them back because of this. The picture kind of bends in top/bottom n sides and not a lot can be done about it

finally got home and set up the xbox on my parents new 37" Toshiba HDTV, man it looks sexy.

There's a ventalation grill on top of the SKY box, there isn't on the DVD player.
