Ok here is my set-up, taken during the day.
When the room is darker you cannot see anything else (like the clock).

after using a projector for a while with my GC, i found it more hassle than its worth sometimes, my eyes cant take a huge screen sometimes

but still very impressive mate

I do not use it. There is no need . Because of where the PJ is located. Although I do use up/down (can also use left/right if needed) Lense Shift, which negates the problems you describe above.

Also note that I am projecting directly onto my wallpapered wall. A good PJ will throw up a good picture on a brick wall !

Heres Mine... old pics though, havent got round to taking one with the 360 but you'll get the idea... picture is a lot better through 360 HD style, thats just SD from sky through composite (insert h b4 the i)

think screen is about 70" , thats a FPW2005 in the bottom right to give ya some idea of size
