Yeah I have two of those about to get the 37 version too. Very nice mid-range TV's. Pointless going mental, the technology is moving so fast and I doubt Lcd will have that great a lifespan before it's superceded.
I think most AV forums have become useless for getting tv recommendations. Most people just stuff down your throat their TV they have as the 'one' to own. Unless you buy 10 sets and take them home to test your not gonna really know which is best.
I prefer to use magazines for TV's as they are testing them all, rather than me who just recommended the Tosh with a reference point of about 3 different TV's
I read AVforums and you get "Dont buy the X buy the Y it has 3 HDMI over 2"
By the time I need 3 HDMI to go to one set either LCD will be defunct of they will come out with a newer and better connector. I dont need one hdmi let alone 3

Yeah AVforums is a joke but I didnt want to spend £450-500 on a TV so I went for a £700 which I think will last me a long time and the fact is you can never keep up with technology unless you are mega rich.
Heres some updated ones of mine in my bedroom. I really like the quality of the Samsung TV and using VGA for my xbox the picture is perfect. I am using component here not that you can tell the difference between VGA using a phone camera.

What do you think of the kefs ? was considering them but they are surposed to be bad for music ?
All sub+sat packs will suffer at music. You dont get anough bass out of the satelites, so you get mono bass from the sub. Good eq can help this, but fundamentaly, sub+sat is not the way for music. Sounds good for hip-hop kinda music, but full band rock/indie suffers.
LOVE the speakers though. AMAZING performance, I have a lot of mates with higher spec surround systems (Kef 2005 for example) and they've all been suprised with the performance from these. I cant get enough.

Only thing missing from my setup is someway of playing video files (divx/xvid) without having to have my pc on. Must think....
Just connect my pc to my sony tv via dvi-hdmi and its bloody great, just booted up HL2 and its running a dream, no ghosting at all, want a 8800? graphics card, would be sweet running the tv off that.

Well... I have 20mb service from them and constantly download at 2.37mbyte/sec = 18.96mbit... not bad... especially compared to bt based services
I get the same, tis great, just connecting to my dads free BT Adsl and its **** 2mb is all I can get, good job its free I would HATE to be on Adsl.
A phone call would sort that out.
