You really do sound like that although I'd say some of the word choices are slightly exaggerated for comedy effect.

I'll have to take a look tomorrow evening and see if I've got a microphone here, I reckon this could be quite entertaining although like most people when I hear myself recorded I don't sound anything much like I imagine I do.
