Shutdown.

With SSD's and such the additional 2 or 3 seconds saved makes no difference to me

I had an m.2 nvme intel 660p ssd but my BIOS time is super long. I have a MSI B550 motherboard and my BIOS time is 20.7 seconds. Compared to the 1 second it takes to boot from sleep.

Sleep most of the time, i do get occasional **** fps in games after sleep and needs reboot, not waking from sleep i have had this in the past it was down to a every so slightly unstable overclock.
