side hustle ideas...

I fix phones as a side hustle.
I sometimes over inflate the labour charges.
I normally did £15 on top of parts costs. Recently I've moved it up to £40 on top. With the option to price match if it doesn't take it below £20 on top.
Can be quite lucrative... Depends on how much I advertise.
A slow week can be 3-4 repairs.
A Busy week could be around 10.

Its mostly facebook.
I however have been doing it for 14 years, so i have a large userbase and word of mouth works well. Plus it seems im high up on google for my area.

Financial spread betting, really a hobby rather then a side hustle.

A couple of small programs I wrote years ago still bring in circa £100k per year, got to love passive income!

To be honest as I have a good job I have no need for a side hustle, I would rather spend what little free time I do have with my family

I've been looking to do this on the side but how are you finding the latest iphone models etc? Every year they look to be a bigger nightmare to mess about with.

Fine.

Did an iPhone 12 last night, took about 10 mins more than the iPhone 11. Just because I had to rework a corner that was dented.

Problem is, the screen was £170 to buy and that's a 3rd part LCD...
