Sigma 24mm f/1.4 Art announced

I have the 35mm and its magical though sometimes not quite wide enough so i got the 24mm too

Im hoping its just as magical, just about to unpack the box :)

I have been mulling over 24+25 ownership since the last update on the 24mm release/previews and I agree it wouldn't make sense to have both, would need really then 24mm and 50mm 1.4s.

But since I like the 35mm "look" so much that is unlikely to happen in my kit bag.

So it's back to square 1, need an ultra wide 1.4-1.8 prime lens from Sigma!

Seeing this lens makes me want it... But then I remember I have an 18-35mm F1.8 Sigma and a 24mm STM Pancake lens so I'm already covered for that :(

Damn shiny new lenses!

Looks good but I will be skipping this. I see little point in owning the 24 and 35 siggys. I find the 35mm focal range to be just about perfect and extremely versatile, I'd say it's the most mounted lens in my bag.

A few more photos with this excellent lens.
