I think I spend too long on here, one my first thoughts was I wonder what the GD regulars will post and how long the thread will be vs if it was a ‘terror’ incident. Quite why it should make a difference, I’m not so sure, but it does.

It’s a horribly strange thing to say, but we’re kind of lucky in that although there’s many guns in the country, most are in the hands of criminals who only really use them to intimidate and kill each other. They’re very rarely turned on innocent members of the public.
