Silva V Mata V Cazorla

Silva is too hit or miss this season, even last season a tad but not so much.

Cazorla would be much better if he was surrounded by a better team

Mata......somewhere in the middle but only just (ie he Does have a better team around him, but still Chelski have lost stupid games)

Silva on form is probably the best but if I was to pick one over a whole season, Mata would walk it.

Mata - he's been fantastic this season, so consistent with tonnes of goals and assists.

Added to that Mata is 2 years younger than silva and 4 years younger than cazorla.

Bear in mind though that Cazorla is still new to the prem. the other two have had more time to adapt.

I dont think we do need to bear that in mind tbh, he's obviously not at the same level as Silva or Mata

He's already much more consistent than Silva though. An average 7-8 every week is better than a 9 once a month and the rest being 5s.

1 - Mata
2 - Carzola
3 - Silva(Still a great player obviously but a tad inconsistent for my liking)

Defiantly agree, Silva can be brilliant of course and is world class but Mata was the stand out player between the both of them at Valencia and Mata generally makes the players around him better, as does Carzola.

It's tight between them Silva and and Carzola but id choose Santi based on the fact he looks up and sees the players around him better than Silva and makes better plays overall. Only my opinion though.

Silva was great for the first half of last season and then flashes of brilliance since but I'd say Mata was a much better performer in 2012.
