good effort

i use to find it a pain with the wrapping,, i did it on the hard drives, the inside of the case on one of my projects and it was a nightmare, however the outcome is normally worth the pain

Those Excalibur fans look really good too, might have to get some of those when I eventually upgrade the fans on my cpu cooler!!

Depends if he used MDPC-X cables. If not, judging by the way Nils has been with recent possible contenders it won't happen. I've seen some really ******** reasons for why people have been denied off that website in the past.

I do use the Mdpc sleeve, and it would be nice...... nothing more.
I also dont understand why some contenders with really beautiful builds are not been placed and some with not so good builds get a place on the site
never the less most of the builds there are superb

SHHHHH THOUGH SHALT NOT MENTION THE WEBSITE

!!!! They got some funny rules it has to be said, and being friends with (or knowing someone who's friends with) Nils does apparently help

. The way this build is going it would be an extreme pity if it wasn't placed on there. It ticks all the right boxes (apart from the MDPC braid).

It's only funny 'cause it's true. I know an awesome build on XS that got rejected for having stickers on some of his stuff in case he needs to RMA it. Like barcodes and ****. I then went on MDPC and almost every single build on there still has the stickers.

I used to really admire the PCs on that website. It's not the pinnacle of modding though, nowhere near.

Look at all the other forums project log sections, especially the german ones. There are loads of exceptionally well made computers that are better than the ones on that website but won't get a look in for a bunch of ******** made up reasons.

To be fair, I think the pinnacle are the official Murdermods themselves (Charles H's stuff). When they came out I remember thinking they were the absolute height of innovation and beauty.

It's an elite thing? personally I think yours should be on it as well.
