Would be better to chuck some spices in with the mince (paprika etc for spice) and a tin of chopped tomatoes; no more difficult either.
I dare anyone who slags it off to actually try it!
Sounds ok tbh, the soured cream will take away some of the harshness and tbh I would expect it to taste not too dissimilar to a fajita

if you have to add sour cream to something to try and detract away from all of the sugar and vinegar, id say you're doing it wrong.
While I admin that sour cream is a wonderful thing, I think it would taste even better without all the sugar and random sauces
