I have absolutely no sense of direction - I can get lost in my own bedroom. The wife often teases me about it.....we'll be somewhere close to home and she'll say "point in the direction our house is"......I never have a clue What makes it worse is that she has amazing sense of direction - we can walk around a new city and she'll have the layout down in no time.

My memory has always been bad but I would swear it is getting worse. I forgot to take my wife's debit card out of the Chip+Pin thing in McDonalds yesterday after a family day out. I didn't even realise until about lunchtime today when I went to pay a bill with it. Thankfully they had found it and stuck it in the office (along with a couple of others!).

The worst thing is I did exactly the same thing about a month ago.

Or more specifically, walking down stairs whilst holding things. I have to support myself with the rail/bannister otherwise I just can't do it. I'd just fall down the stairs.
