Hamilton picked up the pace now. At least he has clean, cool air (well, as much as it gets here).

Sensible choice. If Alonso scurried back within track limits at the first corner it would likely have caused chaos back in the field. Giving a place up voluntarily later in the lap was the smart decision.

Hamilton and vettel absolutely even at the moment. Hamilton isn't going to easily win this. Second would be enough though

A few did, I thought he should do it. There is no point in staying out. He clearly isn't going to get points. Of course mercedes have to think of their sponsors.

Surely that could be a health and safety issue though. If the breaks get too hot and fail that would not be good on a circuit with concrete everywhere.

They can if it related to safety. Lots of teams are saying it.

I guess next season they will need some kind of HUD.

ham has been good on fuel all season. only the williams better i think.

The only difference doesn't seem to be...x driver is braking later on this corner etc etc.

I think many of these messages will go next season.

Rosbergs car sounds so ill.
