They said on C4 vettel has never won a race from anything other than first 3 (positions or rows, I can't remember),but says a lot.

Top 3 positions. Although Hamilton has only won 5 of his 81 wins from 4th or lower. I think it's more an indictment of top team dominance and the aero rules than it is driver performance.

Great lap by Leclerc but i still think Merc have the long race pace and superior tyre wear, will be an interesting race anyway.

Only works if they can get a better start or achieve an early undercut. Doubt they’ll be able to overtake on track.

Given F1s qualifying method, we should expect the overwhelming majority of wins to come from the front. Still, most drivers of true class - like Lewis - manage it a few times during their career.

I will say, even being a Lewis fan and dropping away from F1 the last couple of years it's great to see some sport up at the front again, makes me excited to watch the race.

If Ferrari have got on top of their issues it could make for a great 2020 season.
