Singer Tulisa Arrested...

So she's been arrested for NOT selling coke.

Jeez I'm in whole load of trouble now

Is buying drugs actually a crime, isn't possession a crime and usage but not actually buying it, and I wouldn't be surprised if buying with the intent to hand over/not use/destroy the drugs isn't a crime either, otherwise police who buy and bust would technically be committing.

Likewise conspiracy to distribute drugs usually IS a crime(watch too many US shows to know which laws are valid where, but they are fairly similar here/there), being the middle man in an illegal drug deal is usually illegal itself and considered conspiracy to commit a crime.

possession is a crime, and sharing drugs, not actually selling is still considered to be supplying. She wouldn't need to directly take the money, or get paid at all, to be found guilty of supplying/dealing drugs, and the reporter clearly can't be accused of supplying or dealing, nor did he intend to use the drugs, he could technically have been done for possession though considering there would be details of the story, the intent was clearly to purchase drugs and hand them in.

I never watch TV (only use Netflix and Hulu these days), or read the papers (printed press is out of date), yet I have heard of her.

Don't care what she does, has done, will be doing........but she's pretty fit :D
 
Scummy reporter entrapment, it's not like she was selling smack to 8 year old kids in a playground.
She hooked someone up, big deal, it's hardly crime of the century!!

Well he's heard of her now. Plus she's been mentioned X times in Y news paper or news program. Quite hard to have not heard of her really.

Whilst that is true, she did say that half of her phone directly supplied coke.. I mean.. Hardly role model worthy now is it?

And I don't want to type cast but she always seems to be with black guys in the photos and the guy who dealt the drugs is a black guy.
