Singstar PS3

good for parties, good for kids, goods for the Mrs, good for watching the 25sec video clips of others making a tit of themselves (me included), like i said its very x-factor auditions, lol. Just think of it this way, its a one off and there will be no other singstar disc like there is on the PS2 - everything will be on store to download at your leisure so its up to you how much you want to spend on it and how much fun you'll get from it.

I may get it I suppose, the kinda parties I go to ppl don't play computer games tbh, have no kids, and no missus atm.

Like you say though the way the pricing is done I only spend what I want, whereas the ps2 version always struck me as a bit rip-offy with them releasing a lot of extra discs.

So the game is 20 notes, how much would a mic cost me? (I assume a bluetooth headset would not work).

There's a version that comes with 2 mic's for £40.
 
Its great fun, the only problem is my kids usually dont have that much interest on the ps3 or 360 which sit on my main tv, but since getting singstar i cant get peace to either play or watch tv.

My kids are horrific singers, it sounds like a pig being tortured by a blow torch, I know you see stuff like X Factor where parents push their kids and think they are amazing, that would never be me, my kids are really awful singers.
 
Do you need the eye toy thing to record?

Or could I use my Xbox Live Vision camera?

I bought this for the missus for xmas and can't wait to have a shot after a few bevvies, if i can prise her and the kids off it!

We spent last christmas on the Wii and have got Wii musical, Singstar PS3, and Dance Stage Universe for the 360 to play this year

Party at my house!!!

Def gonna get it now if its got that song on lol!! Seen the stand alone version is £18 in the green super market. Very tempted to see if i can get some cheap ps2 mics aswell.
