Sir Alex Ferguson Brands Newcastle A 'Wee Club'

Not a big deal, just a little dig from Fergie intended to rile Pardew and Newcastle fans. I thought football fans like the 'banter' that exists between managers and clubs which makes getting one over on the other team all that more satisfying?

Didn't Benitez make a similar dig about Everton being a 'small club' when he was Liverpool manager?
 
It did take Taggart 2 years before he took offense to what Benitez said. I guess he'd only just sobered up for the first time since Benitez's comments.
 
so do people in this community get upset easily by opposition fans trolling them?

just so I know as I don't want to upset the sensitive types amongst. :D

To be fair Fergie's comments and the "fun" that it caused was more entertaining than the Coronation Street xmas special...
