Don't think they'd get away with Bottom or The Young Ones these days.
Seems pretty accurate and doesn't single any nationality out, so I don't see what would be wrong with it, but I'm sure there is always someone on twitter who would be outraged

Most sit coms of the past would require changes as times change but not all wouldn't get made if these changes were made. In OFAH Del wasn't racist and his language was acceptable at the time. Its no longer acceptable now so it wouldn't be used. With the likes of the Major in Fawlty Towers and Rigsby in Rising Damp they are supposed to look like they have out of date views, however as characters you aren't supposed to completely dislike them so their prejudices would have to be toned down but would still need to be there in some form in order to make them look stupid.
Things like In Sickness and in Health and It Aint Half Hot Mum probably wouldn't stand a chance because the prejudice and views are so ingrained in the plot and if its toned down it wouldn't serve the same purpose so probably wouldn't stand any hope of being made in any form today.
Its a shame there is so little middle ground with this as a lot of funny stuff is cut to ribbons because its no longer acceptable today, it seems any form of historic context is not acceptable.

I think you’ve taken the thread completely out of context.
We have had a live demonstration of the ability of 70's sitcoms to update for the modern era with Porridge. I thought they did a fairly good job of updating the references whilst keeping largely the same situation, but you could tell that that in itself was the main selling point of the series and relying on knowing nods to previous times would only last for so long, e.g. personal equities fraud as opposed to fiddling the pools or whatever. I actually quite liked the new series and Kevin Bishop was pretty good as a Fletch replacement, but you could see it was never be given the time to develop outside of the temporary throwback effect, rather than grow beyond this.
