Would it even freeze? Vodka won't freeze in your home freezer. Was wondering if it might go more like a "slush" with the sugar. Just made my first batch a few hours ago, one of each colour. Sampled a few even though not quite ready. I'd say red is the best followed by purple then green/yellow. Not a fan of the orange one. Which is a real shame as I made two of the orange ones (one with smirnoff other asda vodka) will update with which one I prefer once I filter and chill tomorrow.
 
Made a variety of skittles vodka using bottles of absolut i picked up from costco. Drank it 3 shots in a glass with ice in a frosted after it was chilled it was so damn tasty!

Also WTF CURLY WURLY VODKA?

Vodka freezes at a ridiculous temperature that no home freezer goes to :)
 
It depends on proof, think -26 is for 80 proof then obvious takes longer the higher proof.

My skittles vodka went down a treat with a friend last night, even after 4 hours and filtering a bit out the red one was perfect we drank 500ml of that then 250ml of orange :)

Finished product filtered after only 9 or 10 hours and tastes perfect.

Bump/necro for the upcoming holiday season. Anyone making any Christmas drinks?

Dark chocolate and chilli vodka; just waiting for it to cool - trial bottle, but it tastes good!

Thinking of doing this again, anyone got any alternatives to Skittles vodka? Fancy trying something different this time :D.

Tried cola bottles (sugar coated ones) vodka once but it tasted fairly average.

Trebor extra strong mints vodka though worked very well if you like peppermint!
 
Why not buy a spirit that actually tastes nice in the first place instead of the ultimate chav drink. Hey put enough of something in a glass of your own **** and it will be drinkable.

Has anyone tried refresher vodka :0
