Our Fibre goes off at midnight 2nd Feb, comes back on 3rd Feb. You can pick dates online when you're going through the process. If you already have Sky phone/broadband there shouldn't be any down time.

Saying that, I'll let you know how smoothly it is on the 3rd

Just cancelled everything as could only get a 20% discount for 9 months on TV package only (not inc HD), this was after offering 1/2 on phone line so new offer from his manager was only £1 cheaper per month, but 9 months instead of 12!

If you cancel your account you'll get a new number anyway. (Unless your not with Sky ATM for phone and BB!)

I'm guessing I'm doing something wrong as online I'm getting a note saying I am already a customer or have previously had sky at this address. I'd put my wife's details in so not really sure why unless the cancellation isn't showing yet or does my wife need to phone this offer in?

Hmmm the code I got didn't work? Also, with the F&F discount are you still eligible to get the free unlimited BB for a year offer when you take Sports or Movies that Sky have on atm?

Figured out the issue, guess they check surname with the address to determine if you are a n existing customer as using my wifes maiden name allows me to carry on with the order
