How did you manage to get this deal do you work for them? Been a customer for 20+ years and never get offered to give to friends or family anything like this or even been offered this myself.

If you get any more available could I have one for my auntie.

You have to work for them....

You sound as if you are paying full price by being a continuous customer for all that time. Loyalty does not pay, ideally you need to sign up as a new customer every 12 months or so to keep on top of these deals. This also means that you end up with the latest kit at all times without doing DIY box swaps.

I was an existing customer and just had this installed. Just use a different account holder name.

Jez, could run through this for me? In the past I have tried to change it from my dads name and was told that they would not change it as sky was already installed at the address, so using such an offer would not work. Thanks.

Shouldn't be encouraging it but make sure your Dad's account is fully cancelled first.
