I can't remember a time when there wasn't some sort of offer in Internet, but it's very rare any offer is unique to F&F deals. Usually these deals are specific to TV and any current broadband offers can be added.

If you take a mini box (£12pm) the 2tb box cost will be reduced significantly. Not sure to what price though.

You should be able to order whenever you want as the broadband order shouldn't interfere with a TV order.

There's no requirement to have the mini box, but you do need the (soon to be renamed) Sky Q multiscreen subscription to watch in UHD. Ridiculous? Perhaps, but all that UHD technology, cameras and editing desks that support UHD don't come cheap.
