Apologies as I imagine this question has been asked in various forms before: I left Sky in March last year and switched to BT TV. I'm now contemplating going back, would I be able to use a discount code (it'd be the 18m entertainment package I'd go for) even though I've had Sky before? I haven't had Sky at my current address, but I think I did use a discount code provided by MissChief when I originally joined a few years back.

If it’s been longer than 12 months since you cancelled, you will be able to use a code again, yes.

How far in advance can the install be booked? We are moving end of august and it would be great to kick off a new discounted contract!

Unfortunately all F&F codes are for customers who do not have Multiscreen.

It depends. The online system should allow you to pick a date for early September if that's what you want, but even if it doesn't, you can call Sky up the day after and reschedule for September manually.

You can get the upgrade for £85 through the call centre, cancellations department.

You can still give them a call and request to speak to cancellations as you're looking to cancel. Once there, they'll tell you that you're in a contract yes, but they'll offer you Sky Q for £85.

I have some codes left, but MissChief's last post was that he has two more codes, so I don't know if he wants to contact you first or not.
