@MissChief would an existing Q customer qualify as a new customer if opting for stream? Out of contract etc.

It's been so long since I knew anything about domestic that Stream wasn't even a thing so I have no idea.

Just gave my 30 days notice to Sky as the current team could only offer the same package for £79 so let's see if any retention deals come forth.

Currently paying £59 for:

Sky Signature
Sky Sports
Sky Cinema
HD + Ultra HD
Netflix Ultimate

At this point if they cant match or better the £59 I'm happy to explore other options as going forward the main reason I'd keep Sky is for F1 UHD and the UK Asian channels but surely there has to be something out there that can provide that?

Sadly not I have just spoken to them to do this, obviously new customers outweigh 15+ year customers.

HDMI CEC is still utterly broken I take it? Can’t see anything online that says they’ve fixed the issue, otherwise I’d have kept the 3 boxes I returned after a couple of days!

What are Sky thinking? Low margin hardware or build a software app based on Now and make sure you keep the sports rights.

Just call them and pretend you’ve missed a call from them. You’ll get a better offer that way than with F&F codes
