We just cancelled our q package because prices were going up and I was feeling tight. Now they have sent the return hardware envelope and im feeling a bit of remorse.

The last deal was in my girlfriends name so if I could get a decent new customer deal in my name it might be worthwhile.

Anything available mischief? Ty.

While I cannot officially condone your actions send me a trust message. Be aware that you won't be able to book online and you'll need to call. I'm also very sorry to hear you and your GF have split up. ;) I hope the split was amicable.
 
@Hedge did retentions call you after you gave notice to cancel?

I’ve just done exactly the same thing because our deal ended and prices were going up, but also very nervous they won’t actually give a better deal and I’ll end up with nothing and my family will be annoyed lol.

@MissChief do retentions call you when you cancel still or does your 30 days just play out and that’s it?

Well what happened was my GF cancelled via online chat and I initially said "just ignore all their retention crap because they should contact us later". So she got the cancellation confirmed. I said later we should expect a call and she said "i specifically told them not to contact me again".

Doh! Haha.

So no we just got sent the cardboard box and a text message that said contact them if we wanted to reconsider.

Lol, guess I just play the waiting game too now. My number is down as the contact so hopefully they’ll contact me :D
