Still fixed, but OFCOM are discussing the PSB's prime positions on the EPG and if the channels should have to pay for them rather than it being mandated that they appear there. I can see the daily mail and TV licence thread frothing at the mouth with the thought of the BBC paying to retain top position in the EPG.
