Sammy arrived today and i installed it straight away. So far so good. Its a little less noisy compared to the WD - thank god!
I did however turn acoustic management to Quiet mode before installing it.
I did install it twice. The first time i was getting vibration due to metal screws and fixings in the case. I then removed it, put blu-tack on the resting pins inside the sky box and along the sides and then kind of glued the HDD to the blu-tack so so not fixed by any screws and its just blu-tack holding it firm. It works pretty well as the HDD is a tight fit to begin with. Now, no vibrations being passed on to the case.
