Sky livechat, someone please.. :'(

I ocassionally work from home, and do bits of freelance. I dont NEED it for my business, but it certainly helps.

And lol, here, pay 4x the amount of a home connection and the only difference is I wont have to deal with muppets that fail at life and actually provide some kind of real service. If I ever do get a business connection, after all this Sky can go to hell if they think they are getting my monies
 
I know, however it was the only option as virgin dont do cable or tv in my area :(

Anyways the guy rang me back, apologized profusely for all the problems I was having, and transferred me to someone else who could get things setup. This new person then tells me 'oh you need to speak to BT to get your line number'..... *face palm*

This is what they originally said they would send me in the mail, so basically I have been without net for weeks now for nothing. Also when I finally get things moving I guarantee I will still have to wait ages
