Sky Netgear Flashed Router Fault

Friend flashed his router bout 6 months back and has just reset the router to factory settings and now he cannot log onto the router with the default sky login id and password and he has no internet connection.

This is a netgear dg834gt.

Any advice welcome.

he needs to ring sky, just tell sky his router has crashed & died & may he have the username & password.

if I have read it wrong here is what u may have meant

I think U meant what I first had written, my friends router diead & he asked sky for a new one & they sent it new ariel free dg934

Yeah they offered him a new one but he didn't want to wait. Admin and Sky where there username and password he should have been using but not working.

If he has reset it, he may need to default to the standard routers password rather than Skys password which is just "password" I think. It will be on the Netgear site.
