Nope. I eventually got it working after about the 100th reboot. I had already called Sky by that point and have an engineer booked to come out next Wednesday - I'll keep that appointment still because no doubt I'll have at least 5 crashes between now and then and **** knows if I'll be able to reconnect after any of them.
I was told the planned software update for the 15th never happened and they have no idea when it's coming either.
edit: Oh and is anybody having issues viewing their bill online or with the android app? For nearly a month now I get getting a message saying:
I've mentioned it when I've called regarding the mini box but the customer service reps don't seem to know what's going on and just say well if it says they're aware of the problem then I'm sure it will be resolved soon.
