Sky replacing all Thompson boxes

We had a Thompson which was terrible. Didn't realise how slow it was until i convinced a mate to get Sky HD. He got an Amstrad box, it was lightning quick. No delay in changing channels or in the EPG.

Ours kept getting failed recordings after a few months so phoned up Sky. They gave us a new Amstrad box for free

I have a HD box (but do not sub to the HD pack) now with my growing slower every day box. Any idea if they will replace mine.

Only had 20% free space left last night, this morning I have 85% free space, been having to unplug the box, as it's locked up, & then wait a minute before plugging it back in, then all is ok.

Might get it one a week or several times a week.

Mine did exactly the same last week. My hard drive was around 50% full. Wen to watch a program and noticed everything had gone. Peed off didnt even come close :mad:

Lets hope it a one off. No idea what HD box I even have.

Just looked, its an Amstrad, about 16 months old.
