I have Sky BB and I'm very pleased. I'm lucky to be close to the exchange and get the full 20meg service. it was down for a day last week but was up when i came home that evening due to an exchange issue (these things happen so no big deal) and other than that probably down another 3 or 4 times and i've been with them for about 4 years, Highly recommended for £7.50 a month if you have TV and Line rental with them.
