Slave Drive missing from Explorer

I added a Slave drive to my Win XP setup and it was detected as new hardware added. I can see it under Device Manager. But when I go to Explorer, I cannot see it.

One thing I noticed when booting for the first time after adding the 2nd drive, it said, "Press F1 for RAID configuation", if that is significant.

Am I supposed to add it in the bios setup?

You'll need to go into Disk Management (right click on My Computer and pick Manage) and partition and format the new drive before it will be available for use.
