just tried the brown noise, still constipatedhttp://www.simplynoise.com/ has weirdly worked in the past for me and i never though it would, although I can imagine it would drive some people nuts
That didn't work last night so it probably wouldn't work tonight!
At least the noise seems to have stopped, just need to stop thinking now and I may get 5 hours sleep...
Pray tell how I hear my alarm in the morning?![]()

People say crap like, "don't watch tv/listen to music/listen to audiobooks etc etc etc", but in the end, if it helps you sleep or if you nod off doing it - then do it.
I think too much. About insignificant things. Been a problem since I was a teenager.
Sleep is a bizarre thing sometimes.

You could do a me and not go to bed until 4 ish and then wake up about 9. But I'm guessing you have a job, a life or both.![]()
As for earplugs and alarms, my alarm is quieter than the bloke talking normally so it almost certainly won't help.![]()
You find that if use the type connected by a thin plastic cord that during the night they will come out and the alarm bell will be heard in all its glory. In fact this will happen with non corded earplugs as long as you dont fully insert them.
In fact if you want some to try let me know and I'll post you some![]()
Am I the only person that has to actually get up in the morning!
Probably, everyone I know doesn't start back until next week...
I don't get tired at night. I'm up till one most nights, then spend all day trying not to fall asleep.
Sleep in the recovery position on your right hand side but place your right hand under your head. It should work and keep your left hand on the bed or wherever.
